David Brandeen

• He filed a petition for a peace order against the Plaintiff, Jeffrey Reichert, in the District Court for Anne Arundel County on August 8, 2020.
• Commissioner Gerard Dailey issued the Peace Order without performing an investigation or providing the Plaintiff an opportunity to be heard.
• Upon information and belief, Defendant Sarah Hornbeck completed the peace order paperwork on behalf of Mr. Brandeen and intentionally made false representations in it. She allegedly claimed Plaintiff visited his home and sent him emails, which Plaintiff had not done.
• Sarah Hornbeck stated she was spending time in Severna Park with a good friend named Dave Brandine.
• Mr. Dave Brandeen is known to both Sarah Hornbeck and Mr. Reichert.
• Sarah Hornbeck and Mr. Dave Brandeen were romantically involved off and on for years, including at the onset of this litigation.
• Sarah Hornbeck filled out the peace order petition on behalf of Mr. Brandeen, confirming it was her handwriting and his signature. She assisted him in obtaining the peace order against Mr. Reichert.
• Sarah Hornbeck stated that assisting David Brandeen with this peace order was the only time she recalled assisting anyone in obtaining a peace order against Mr. Reichert.
• Mr. Reichert mentioned Dave Brandeen driving by his house three days a week in July of 2020.
• Dave Brandeen is the twin of Doug Brandine.
